Among the 37 luxury villas at Four Seasons Anahita, this villa is undergoing a major renovation at the owners’ request, who wanted a more personalized approach, different from the standard Four Seasons décor. The couple expressed a desire for a simpler and brighter aesthetic, which guided our work.
The project involves major transformations — walls, ceilings, bathrooms, electrical work, lighting — with the goal of bringing in more light and replacing dark woods with lighter tones. The overall design adopts a refined, tropical, and minimalist aesthetic. With the concept approved and detailed plans completed, work begins in late July for delivery at the end of December this year.
