Among the villas at the Four Seasons Anahita Resort, this second residence is undergoing a complete renovation for new owners living abroad. Although its architecture is similar to that of the first renovated villa, the project establishes its own distinct identity through a fully reimagined interior tailored to the specific lifestyle and needs of its occupants. The renovation includes a complete roof replacement, the enlargement of the swimming pool, the restoration of the outdoor pergolas, and a full modernization of the technical systems, including the installation of solar panels, upgraded electrical systems, and new air conditioning.
The interior design has been carefully reimagined while respecting the architectural language of the Four Seasons villas, avoiding an overly contemporary aesthetic in favor of an atmosphere that feels more connected to the architecture and its natural surroundings. The project emphasizes a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor living spaces—an essential quality in this tropical setting, where the villa is in constant dialogue with the surrounding vegetation, the lagoon, and natural light. This approach results in interiors that naturally reflect the spirit of Mauritius through the use of local materials and craftsmanship. The furniture and custom-built elements are manufactured on the island, incorporating rattan and other natural materials that contribute to the project’s distinctive character.
