Located in Roches-Noires, this villa is designed as a beachside camp — a secondary residence with the potential to become a primary home. Facing the sea, this two-story villa reserves the ground floor for the parents and the upper floor for their children, who are currently students.
The developing concept includes white-painted wooden ceilings, polished concrete floors, and comfortable, elegant, beach-inspired furniture. The overall design emphasizes a strong indoor/outdoor connection, with a central patio directly linked to the kitchen and living room, and a large veranda opening to the sea. The concept is in preparation and will be presented soon.
Located within the Anahita Beau Champ estate, this villa is the subject of a comprehensive interior architecture and decoration project, encompassing every stage from concept development through to construction supervision.
The project seeks to create an interior that is fully aligned with the existing architecture, characterized by generous volumes, a steeply pitched metal roof, and timber-clad ceilings that define and structure the living spaces. Our intervention encompasses the entire villa, from flooring finishes and custom joinery to the complete interior fit-out, with particular attention given to material selection, proportions, and spatial flow. With the concept and detailed design now approved, the project is currently under construction.
Located in Mont Choisy La Réserve, this villa is a future 400 m² villa for the same clients who previously entrusted us with designing their penthouse on the same site.
After successfully selling that property, the clients are now focusing on this new villa, envisioned as a bright and comfortable family space with light tones. The concept is nearly finalized, and detailed plans will follow. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2026.
