Erok, one of the most luxurious residential buildings in Grand Baie, the resort town of Mauritius, houses a penthouse of 450m2, which we completely renovated in 2023.
The penthouse, left abandoned during Covid, was completely remodeled. Once the interior distribution was revised, the general finish of these volumes was carefully executed, to achieve an elegant, clean, and modern result. The spacious terraces have been furnished with comfortable and contemporary furniture. They offer a breathtaking view of Grand Baie Bay.
